On the morning of March 5, 2025, Wu You, Vice Chairman of CPPCC Haikou Committee, along with Ni Xianpeng, Deputy Secretary-General of CPPCC Haikou Committee; Lin Xiaonan, Deputy Director of the Haikou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau; and leaders from the Jiangdong New District Administration, visited the Jiankan No.1 Courtyard Project and the Hainan Office Building to conduct research and provide guidance on project construction and corporate operations. Accompanied by Li Youdong, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Group Company; Chen Jiayong, Manager of Hainan Real Estate Company; Zhang Junqi, Party Secretary; Liu Yunfeng, Manager of the Ninth Company; and Ge Zhongkui, Manager of the Tenth Company, the delegation visited the construction site and the Company Honors Hall, followed by a symposium.
Chairman Li Youdong reported to Vice Chairman Wu You and other leaders on the project’s progress, investment status, future plans, and challenges faced. He also introduced the Group Company’s overseas operations and the operational status of its Hainan headquarters. Vice Chairman Wu You affirmed the progress of the Jiankan No.1 Courtyard Project and praised the Group Company’s efforts in expanding overseas markets and developing the Hainan headquarters. He pledged to actively coordinate with relevant departments to support the project’s advancement, resolve difficulties, and enhance service guarantees for the headquarters’ development.
Chairman Li Youdong expressed gratitude for the support from Vice Chairman Wu You and other leaders. He emphasized the Group Company’s commitment to accelerating the construction of the Jiankan No.1 Courtyard Project, aiming to achieve completion by the end of the year. This effort will bolster Hainan Company’s development and contribute to the growth of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
