Luancheng urban sewage network upgrading and supporting facilities project - Liye Street project, located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, invested by the Luancheng District Urban Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau. The project completed the new rainwater pipe 1.184km, the new sewage pipe 1.187km, the new asphalt concrete pavement 10,778 square meters.
The main construction feature of this project was the construction of storm sewer pipe installation by trenching method in silty powdery ground layer while ensuring normal domestic drainage for the surrounding residents. The project started on April 20, 2023 and was completed on December 15th. It took 239 days to successfully complete the contract through the reinforcement treatment of the silty powder soil layer as well as the pipe installation construction, joint treatment, backfill treatment and pavement base layer construction treatment, and was tested by a third party with a 100% pass rate. At present, three utility model patents and one utility model work method have been applied for.
In the construction process, the project department faced with the rainy season flooding and severe situation of air and environmental control and other unfavorable factors and practical difficulties, and timely adjusted the solution, and actively took effective measures to ensure that the project is stable and orderly advancement, to ensure that the safety and the quality, without any safety and quality accidents, the key indicators met the requirements of the contract, and was successfully completed and passed the supervision, acceptance of the owner. This project has greatly improved the drainage condition of Liye Street in Luancheng District, improved the road access efficiency, and the social benefits are obvious.
