The project was located in Pingyin County, Jinan City, Shandong Province, and the project owner was Pingyin County Natural Resources Bureau. The project was divided into four treatment areas, namely A, B, C and D. The main work content of Area A was clearing accumulation, repairing platform, constructing retaining wall, clearing slag and stone, and greening. The main work content of Area B was slope shaping, and greening. The main work content of Area C was cleaning dangerous rock, blasting and cutting slope, shaping slope, pouring slag and stone, constructing retaining wall, backfilling slag and stone, and greening. The work content of Area D was constructing retaining wall, backfilling, mulching and planting, bottom slope renewal, bottom mulching, east side slope mulching and greening.
The project started on December 20, 2019 and completed on July 10, 2020, lasting 144 calendar days. This project required manual cleaning of dangerous rock, and the main body was constructed by deep-hole bench loosening blasting for slope cutting, and assisted by shallow-hole bench blasting, and accidents may occur during the blasting process at any time. With the efforts of all construction personnel, this project completed 100% of the expected target without personal casualties and mechanical accidents. The quality met the design and specification requirements without accidents and environmental pollution, and the progress met the planned schedule requirements.
This construction project was carried out to effectively eliminate the safety hazards, protected the lives and properties of the surrounding residents, and achieved the expected governance effect.
